Return Policy

 

REASONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

 

1. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at support@myavian.com. Within the email, please include your order number, describe the issue, and also attach pictures of the issue so that we can do our best to make everything right with you.

 

2. RECEIVING THE WRONG ITEM - If you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@myavian.com. Within the email, please include your order number and a picture of the item that you mistakenly received so we can do our best to make everything right with you.

 

We do not accept returns/exchanges for buyer's remorse, and we are not currently able to do size exchanges.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags/stickers still attached.
